Is your dog an outdoor dog? Is your dog a sleep anywhere mutt? Is your dog the apple of your eye?

If your doggie is your best friend, doesn’t it deserve anything other than the best? Obviously, as your best friend it would either sleep with you, or have its own bed.

As an accomplished do-it yourselfer you are able to manufacture dog beds for your flea market stall that will be unlike any other dog bed available. If you are unable to do the construction yourself, commission somebody to make the dog beds for you.

Even the most caring dog owners are unaware that the cold seeps in through the base of most currently available dog beds. The answer to remedy this is to raise the dog bed off the ground. Build your dog beds so that the available padded beds can fit on top of it.

An alternative is to build your dog beds to include all the necessary padding, and to thereby create a fully upholstered doggie bed, that needs only a doggie and its blanket! If using this route, remember that dogs very often sleep curled up, and for that reason the dog bed needs to be fairly wide, and the upholstery needs to be done in such a way that the bed is either flat or slightly hollow.
